Create an accessible course material. You do not need to create any new materials for this activity but instead can revise or convert existing material to make it accessible. If you are not sure what material to use, consider working with your syllabus document or creating a resource from your lesson plan. 


Suggestions for Improvement Competency Areas of Excellence
Text content is formatted so that it is accessible to a screen reader. Styles are used where appropriate. 
If visuals are used, alternative tags are provided. Meaning is not conveyed solely through color. Sufficient color contrast is used. 
Tables are properly formatted with headings and can be read by screen readers in a logical order.
If video content is used, captions or a transcript are included.
