34 Comparative Summary

A Comparative Summary compares two or more works objectively and should:

• include a solid, descriptive title
• identify common issues discussed
• provide rigorous yet succinct summary of each work
• exhibit a balanced discussion of each work
• clearly identify of similarities and differences
• clearly examine the root of disagreements (differences in argumentation, concepts defined, etc.)
• utilize effective transitions throughout
