Purpose

Understand the importance of verifying AI-generated content in the context of academic integrity at the University of Baltimore.

  2. Utilize the University of Baltimore’s library databases, e-journals, or any course-specific resources to verify the accuracy of the AI-generated content. Take note of any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
  3. Summarize your findings in the textbox provided by outlining:
    • The AI-generated content.
    • Your fact-checking process.
    • Discrepancies identified.
    • Any surprising accuracies or insights from the AI.
  4. When you’re ready to share your summary, prepare a brief reflection using the following questions:
    How reliable was the AI-generated content in the context of your UBalt coursework?
    How might relying on unchecked AI content impact your academic performance and integrity?
    What have you learned about the importance of source verification, especially when using AI tools?
