Dr. Jessica A. Stansbury is the Director of Teaching and Learning Excellence at CELTT. With a doctorate in Instructional Technology and a Masters in Experimental Psychology from Towson University, she’s contributed extensively to teaching, scholarship and academic leadership. Over 15 years, Jessica has held diverse roles, including establishing an interdisciplinary Teaching and Gaming Lab. Passionate about teaching and technology, she’s widely recognized for her work on video gaming in education. As co-principal investigator, she developed the research for this AI course tailored for faculty.

With her Master’s and doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Boise State University, Dr. Sarah Lausch researched student belonging and curriculum design. As an adjunct instructor for 5 years, Sarah champions innovative pedagogies and technology. Expert in guiding faculty in course design, she consults on pedagogical choices across various formats. As a co-principal investigator, she’ll continue the work she started as a member of CELTT, advising on technology integration and course design for this project.

Inspired by pandemic-era studies, she recognized the importance of global digital citizenship and the transformative power of educational technology. Transitioning to the University of Baltimore’s CELTT Team, Julia now plays a pivotal role in this course, uniting the co-principal investigators’ visions. A modern educator at heart, Julia is passionate about equipping students for our digital age.
